MEET THE ARTIST
I am a 21-year-old self-taught artist with a passion for all kinds of art. After turning down a scholarship to the Savannah College of Art and Design in 2017, I accepted a nomination to the United States Naval Academy. The Academy provides limited yet unique opportunities to create, which I always take full advantage of. I primarily focus on portraiture, but I love working outside of my comfort zone. Most of my pieces are inspired by music, movies, and nostalgic imagery. I connect with others through familiar feelings: dusting off an old 70's rock record, wandering through less-travelled streets of a new country, or sipping a morning coffee on your grandma's porch. I aspire to make the the old souls feel young.
